The new year (and new decade!) is here and with that, comes new resolutions and goals. Most of the time, when you ask someone what their new year’s resolution is – chances are, it is to get in shape. Destiny USA makes that resolution easier to achieve! Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield is proud to sponsor Destiny USA’s Walking Program. Plus – there is no membership fee! So, grab a group of friends and start walking at Destiny USA.

There are special markers placed on the floor (pictured above) of Destiny USA to create a set path of 1.2 miles for mall walkers to follow. In total, there are 3 miles of indoor walking space at Destiny USA, spanning four levels – from the commons level to the 3rd level. Walkers are able to take advantage of Destiny USA’s flat and climate controlled environment all year long.

 

Want something to drink while enjoying your walk? Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters opens at 8am Monday – Saturday and 9am on Sunday to grab a coffee or water for your walk. If you’re looking for another healthy option, U Tea is located near TJ Maxx on the second level.

 

Walking maps, and materials to help track mileage and better understand how to combine healthy living, eating and exercise, are available at Destiny USA’s Guest Service locations, found on the first level underneath the carousel or on the third level outside of TGI Fridays.
