Safety is Destiny USA’s Highest Priority

As a year-round family-friendly travel and tourism destination, Destiny USA is a unique property and we take active security measures to treat it as such. We hold our security team to the highest standards in providing a safe environment where our guests are able to unwind, shop, dine, stay and play.

We take a holistic approach with our industry-leading programs and practices. Destiny USA has strong relationships with community partners and law enforcement agencies. These initiatives further our commitment to ensuring Destiny USA as a safe destination for everyone.

Security Contact Information

Destiny USA Security can be reached during business hours at 315.466.6011. Should a phone not be accessible, Guest Service stations are located at the Yellow Entrance (beneath the Carousel) and on the third floor in the Canyon area (between World of Beer and TGI Friday’s). Do not hesitate to contact Destiny USA security with any concerns, questions or issues you may have while visiting. And, please, if you see something, say something!

Personal Possessions & Property

For the security of Destiny USA’s guests and your own personal possessions, please do not leave purses, shopping bags and other items unattended. Please be considerate of your surroundings and the personal property of other guests and tenants.

Parental Escort Policy

We welcome everyone to Destiny USA, however we maintain a strict parental escort policy from 4:00 p.m. until closing each Friday and Saturday evening. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 21 years of age or older.

Please note, however, that Destiny USA reserves the right to amend these days and times based on any special events or the holiday shopping season. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact Guest Services at 315.466.7000.

Conduct

Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, or which interferes with and/or endangers business or guests is prohibited. Destiny USA management reserves the right to remove any groups or guests violating our code of conduct. Such conduct may include, but is not limited to:

  • Running, loud offensive language, spitting, throwing objects, fighting, obscene gestures, gang signs, skating, skateboarding or bicycling
  • Intimidating behavior by groups or individuals
  • Loitering; engaging in soliciting; blocking storefronts, the pedestrian bridge, fire exits, escalators or elevators; or walking in groups in such a way as to inconvenience others
  • Picketing, demonstrating, soliciting, protesting or petitioning
  • Distribution or display of private content, materials or handbills requires the prior written consent of Destiny USA management

Violations of the Law

Any act defined by federal, state or local ordinances as a criminal act is prohibited. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Graffiti, property damage, defacing, damaging or destroying any real or personal property
  • Using or possessing consumer fireworks
  • Guns and other personal weapons are banned on these premises

Clothing/Attire

Destiny USA requires all guests wear appropriate attire; pants/shorts, shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Inappropriate attire may include, but is not limited to:

  • Apparel which has obscene language, obscene gestures, or racial/religious/ethnic slurs that are likely to create a disturbance
  • Clothing that deliberately obscure the face, such as hooded tops or masks
  • Bulletproof vests or simulated bulletproof vests

Mall Equipment

Escalators are not to be used as stairways when not operational. No strollers or wheelchairs are allowed on escalators.

Destiny USA provides access to wheelchairs, strollers and scooters for those who require assistance. Please inquire at our Guest Service station beneath the Carousel (Yellow Lot) for availability and more information.

Service Animals

Only animals trained to assist persons with disabilities and with the appropriate paperwork are permitted within Destiny USA.

General Parking, Shuttle, Buses Uber/Lyft and Deliveries

Hotel shuttles, taxis, and tour buses drop off and pick up passengers at the Yellow Lot (beneath the Carousel) off of Destiny USA Drive.

Uber and Lyft passengers may be dropped off or picked up at the following entrances;

  • Purple parking entrance between Lord & Taylor and At Home
  • Outside The Cheesecake Factory, near the valet parking stand
  • Yellow Parking Entrance beneath the Carousel

Complimentary shuttles are provided to Destiny USA for hotel guests staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton™.

No vehicles may be left unattended in any of the drop-off/pick-up areas. Additionally, there is no overnight parking permitted in any of the Destiny USA lots. Violating either policy is subject to having the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.

  • All delivery vehicles are subject to inspection
  • Documentation supporting the delivery must be provided at the check point
