For the security of Destiny USA’s guests and your own personal possessions, please do not leave purses, shopping bags and other items unattended. Please be considerate of your surroundings and the personal property of other guests and tenants.
Destiny USA welcomes guests of all ages. However, effective February 5, 2021, all guests 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian (aged 21 years or older) when visiting during all operational hours, every day of the week*. All guests should be prepared to show valid identification (with picture and date of birth) such as a driver’s license, state identification card, military ID, passport or visa. Failure to comply, will result in dismissal from the premises.

Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, or which interferes with and/or endangers business or guests is prohibited. Destiny USA management reserves the right to remove any groups or guests violating our code of conduct. Such conduct may include, but is not limited to:

Destiny USA requires all guests wear appropriate attire; pants/shorts, shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. Inappropriate attire may include, but is not limited to:
Escalators are not to be used as stairways when not operational. No strollers or wheelchairs are allowed on escalators.
Destiny USA provides access to wheelchairs, strollers and scooters for those who require assistance. Please inquire at our Guest Service station beneath the Carousel (Yellow Lot) for availability and more information.
Only animals trained to assist persons with disabilities and with the appropriate paperwork are permitted within Destiny USA.
Destiny USA is committed to protecting your privacy. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance to governing policies and principles in order to ensure the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
Hotel shuttles, taxis, and tour buses drop off and pick up passengers at the Yellow Lot (beneath the Carousel) off of Destiny USA Drive.
Uber and Lyft passengers may be dropped off or picked up at the following entrances;
Complimentary shuttles are provided to Destiny USA for hotel guests staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton™.
No vehicles may be left unattended in any of the drop-off/pick-up areas. Additionally, there is no overnight parking permitted in any of the Destiny USA lots. Violating either policy is subject to having the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
