Tykes Tuesday Returns Tuesday, July 11th (No Event July 4th)
Tykes Tuesday returns with a great lineup of fun events kids will love. Brought to you by Margaritaville, the 2017 Tykes Tuesday line-up of events is filled with FREE fun activities for kids under the age of 12. Tuesday, July 11th the Literacy Coalition of Onondaga County presents “Dive Into Summer with Splash and Bubbles.” The summer learning event features meet and greets with PBS KIDS characters Splash and Bubbles, an ocean-themed book, Splash and Bubbles bookmark and other goodies for the first 500 children. Over 20 themed children’s activity tables offering face-painting, fill your aquarium craft, fishing with words, and much more.
Tykes Tuesday is located in the Canyon from 12pm-2pm through August 22nd with no events scheduled for Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Additionally, a number of retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues will be providing exclusive discounts for families who attend Tykes Tuesday. The Summer Movie Express are back at Destiny USA with $1 movies at Regal Cinemas every Tuesday and Wednesday now through August 23rd. Regal Cinemas will show the select G- and PG-rated movies every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00am. Tickets will be available for purchase at the box office.
