Syracuse, NY- Destiny USA is celebrating “Groundhog Day,” on Thursday, February 2nd with free valet parking for anyone named Phil or who can spell Punxsutawney, a free movie showing of the popular “Groundhog Day” film in the Canyon from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., repeat carousel rides all day long and movie-themed PA announcements.
Groundhog Day Highlights at Destiny USA:
- Free Valet Parking for Anyone Named Phil or who can Spell Punxsutawney—Anyone named Phil (the name of Bill Murray’s main character in the hit film) will receive free valet parking all throughout “Groundhog Day” at Destiny USA. In addition, anyone who can spell Punxsutawney will receive free valet parking, as well all; day on February 2.
- Free “Groundhog Day” Canyon Movie Showing—Destiny USA will be showing the blockbuster hit “Groundhog Day” over and over in the Canyon from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 2nd. The film is rated PG.
- Free Carousel Rides—Guests are invited to ride Destiny USA’s 105-year old antique carousel over and over again all day long.
- Retro Music—Iconic tracks from the Groundhog Day feature film will be playing all day over the Destiny USA public address (PA) system, featuring tracks including “I Got You Babe” by Sonny and Cher, and the “Pennsylvania Polka-Frankie.”
