WonderWorks Syracuse is now hiring for part time positions. Join us for open group interviews on Friday, March 25th that will start promptly at 1:00pm, and 3:00pm. Arrival times for these are no later than 12:50pm, and 2:50 p.m. as some paperwork is required.
WonderWorks is an amusement park for the mind featuring over 100 hands on exhibits, a 4D motion ride, indoor ropes course, laser tag and more.
WonderWorks is seeking dependable, team-oriented individuals with high energy and a passion for delivering superior guest service. Qualified candidates will be willing to work a flexible schedule in a fast paced environment. All positions require night, weekend, and holiday availability. Come prepared to interview on the spot.
Available Positions:
PT Exhibit Attendant – Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups of guests, very outgoing personality, must be able to present spiels to guests in front of exhibits, enthusiasm and energy.
PT Ropes Course Attendant- Candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to enforce ropes course rules and regulations in a kind, guest service oriented manner. Also, candidates must have no fear of heights, and be able to work on a course 70 feet up in the air. We are looking for candidates that are enthusiastic, outgoing, reliable, and that possess a high desire to provide top quality guest service with a strong safety focus.
PT Admissions Attendant – Candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to explain the pricing structure and what our facility entails to the guest. Currently, we are looking for a candidate with established cash handling experience and guest service skills. Additionally, ideal candidates have some experience in up selling to the guests.
Requirements
High school degree or GED; some experience in a guest service oriented position preferred.
WonderWorks hours of operations are 10:00 am-8:00 pm M-Th 10:00am-10:00 pm Fri-Sat, and 10:00am-6:00pm on Sunday. Sometimes we open early, or stay open late due to events; on these days, staff may be scheduled outside of operating hours.
