The Central New York Welcome Center is located inside Destiny USA, America’s ninth largest shopping center, in Syracuse, featuring regionally specific items, a wall of fame honoring notable New Yorkers from the region and the iconic “I LOVE NY” sculpture offers visitors a unique opportunity for group photos and selfies.
You can plan your New York visit using the interactive digital kiosks, travel guides with information of a must-see attractions of the NY State 11 tourism regions, exclusive regional magazine, and enjoy regional artifacts on exhibit. The Welcome Center includes a Taste NY store, which sells an array of locally made food and gifts such as artisanal jams, gourmet hot chocolate mix, flavored culinary salts, truffles, maple fudge, hand-crafted candles, and cutting boards made from New York State wood, and a wide selection of I LOVE NY merchandise, like shirts, magnets, key chains, and travel mugs.
