Tykes Tuesday Returns to Destiny USA
Free kids summer event returns for its seventh year
Syracuse, NY – Tykes Tuesday returns for another year! These kid-friendly events will be held in the Canyon from 12pm until 2pm, starting July 20th and running for four weeks, ending on August 10th. Tykes Tuesday runs in conjunction with the $1 Summer Movie Express at Regal.
What is Tykes Tuesday, you ask? It’s a day filled with fun FREE activities each Tuesday of the summer for kids under the age of 12 to enjoy, right here at Destiny USA!
“Tykes is back by popular demand,” said Destiny USA Director of Marketing Nikita Jankowski. “We’ve had several inquiries about bringing it back, so we are, but we will do it with safety in mind, reminding non-vaccinated adults to wear masks and encouraging social distancing. We have also decreased the weeks from eight to four.”
- July 20: Apex Entertainment’s Ultimate Birthday Bash
- July 27: Little Ray’s Nature Centre Day
- August 3: Syracuse Crunch Day
- August 10: Syracuse University Rally
Additionally, a number of retailers, restaurants, and entertainment venues will provide exclusive discounts for families who attend Tykes Tuesday. These exclusive discounts will be circulated at the weekly programs.
Hand sanitizing stations will be set up and masks will be available upon request.
