DESTINY USA EXPANDS TYKES TUESDAY PROGRAM BY THREE WEEKS!
— Syracuse Crunch, The Reading League and Get Air Among New Additions to Eighth Year of Tykes Tuesday–
Syracuse, NY (July 25, 2022) – Due to popular demand, Destiny USA’S Tykes Tuesday summer program has grown by three additional weeks! The free children’s event that takes place on Tuesdays from 12pm until 2pm in the Canyon at Destiny USA has been an essential part of summer fun for more than 8 years. Tykes Tuesday kicked off on July 5th with S.T.E.A.M. day brought to you by Wonderworks and will now run through August 30th. Syracuse Crunch, The Reading League and Get Air have been added to the Tykes Tuesday lineup making this a summer you can’t miss.
Destiny USA’s Tykes Tuesday program is a free, family-friendly program that offers weekly events every Tuesday now through August 30th. Events will be hosted at various sites and venues within the shopping center from 12pm to 2pm. Children of all ages are welcome to join in on the fun and escape the summer heat!

The Tykes Tuesday 2022 summer schedule is as follows:
- July 5: S.T.E.A.M. Day by Wonderworks
- July 12: Syracuse Mets Day
- July 19: APEX Entertainment Day (to be held at APEX)
- July 26: Syracuse Crunch Day
- August 2: Little Ray’s Nature Centre Wildlife Education Day
- August 9: Destiny USA 10th Anniversary Birthday Bash
- August 16: Syracuse University Day
- August 23: The Reading League Day
- August 30: Get Air Jump Around Day
A number of retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues will provide exclusive discounts for families who attend Tykes Tuesday. These exclusive discounts will be circulated at the weekly programs. Additionally, attendees of the program will get free admission to our Antique Carousel.
