110 GRILL TO HIRE 70 NEW EMPLOYEES!

Published: 01/17/2019

Syracuse, NY (January 17, 2019) – 110 Grill is looking to hire 70 new employees for the new Destiny USA location. Known as a modern restaurant featuring American cuisine and a trendy/casual atmosphere, 110 Grill is excepting applications via walk-ins or appointments next to the location on the 2nd level, near the food court.
Following the vision of Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, 110 Grill showcases his globally influenced and seasonally-inspired dishes that cater to those with food allergies and intolerances, which includes offering a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menu. Guests can enjoy seasonal favorites including starters like Crispy Fried Pickle Chips served with honey mustard and sriracha aioli dipping sauces; and Chorizo Totchos prepared with fried tater tots and topped with chorizo sausage, nacho cheese sauce, fresh pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream and scallions. Larger plates include Short Rib Risotto with slow roasted short ribs, served over an asparagus and parmesan risotto, finished with a red wine au jus and topped with fried leeks; Cuban Swordfish, a blackened swordfish served over a black bean, corn and rice salad, black bean puree and arugula, tossed in citrus oil and finished with lime, sour cream and grilled citrus; as well as Mushroom Demi Sirloin served over mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts, topped with sautéed mushrooms and a caramelized shallot demi-glace.

The award-winning concept has grown rapidly within the last four years since the first location was opened in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Today, with 18 locations already operating and at least six more announced, 110 Grill’s rapid and impressive expansion makes it one of the fastest growing restaurants in the northeast.
110 Grill is expected to open by late February or early March.
