Position: Part-Time Escape Room Associate
Availability: Weekdays, Some Weekend availability is a must
Pay: Starting at 16.50/hr + a raise after your first 90 Days!

We’re on the hunt for dynamic, dependable, and outgoing individuals to join our escape room crew. As a Game Master, you’ll guide guests through thrilling, immersive experiences, ensuring they have so much fun, they can’t wait to leave us a 5-star Google review!
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver world-class guest service from welcome to victory photo!
- Run our escape room games with precision, enthusiasm, and an eye for detail.
- Keep a cool head under pressure while tracking game progress and assisting teams as needed.
- Encourage guests to come back for more by selling additional experiences like our Unlimited Play Pass.
- Be a reliable, team-first player in an environment that celebrates inclusivity and mutual respect.
- Take ownership of your shifts by showing up on time, ready to elevate the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for hospitality, entertainment, and helping people have FUN!
- A genuine desire to WOW guests and build memorable moments.
- Comfort with multitasking, thinking on your feet, and solving problems.
- Confidence and charisma when interacting with groups of all ages.
- Willingness to learn and improve — we’re all about feedback and growth!
- Prior experience in guest service, sales, or team-based environments is a plus.
