Full – Time Floor Leader

Team Journey:

  • Deliver and delegate chat-ins and chat-outs with every staff starting or ending a shift
  • Show up to each shift as a model staff member with a positive attitude, dress code, a clean apron, and fresh appearance
  • Engage as a leader in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Contribute to an environment where forward-thinking, diversity, and inclusion are part of your team; model Lush’s open door policy with a solution oriented attitude
  • Provide staff with coaching and feedback and seek feedback from your team to grow

Operational Excellence:

  • Assist in coaching team members on operational procedures as needed
  • Utilize reporting to drive results and customize dashboard to assess drivers
  • Ensure shop is stocked to meet visual standards and that proper rotation is followed
  • Act in accordance to the behaviors outlined in Lush training and policy materials

Practice Floor Leadership:

  • Create motivating and relevant daily focuses incorporating business drivers and behaviors that align with shop’s focus
  • Maintain hourly awareness of drivers and act to positively impact them through coaching to customer interactions
  • Ensure the cash team is accurately and efficiently executing cash, till and credit/debit card transactions
  • Delegate and follow up on store cleanliness standards by using checklists and current merchandising guidelines
  • Performing bank runs and taking daily cash deposits to the bank
