Billy Beez is a larger-than-life indoor soft-play adventure park located at Destiny USA for children, themed around a family of very active and friendly honey bees and the rainforest they call home. Each Billy Beez rainforest adventure park is filled with colorful murals, three dimensional thematic elements and giant play structures built around a maze of dizzyingly high and wildly twisting slides. There are dozens of activities inside the center that encourage physical, mental and social development though play. Billy Beez is ALL about running, jumping, climbing, and sliding. Along the way kids learn how to play fairly, share and make new friends while challenging themselves physically and getting the exercise they need to be healthy. We are all about family fun in a safe environment.
Position Summary: The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to direct and oversee all functions of the facility including implanting policies, maintaining a safe and functional operating environment, monitoring daily operations, preparing and managing marketing strategies, and ensuring a “WOW” guest experience.
Requirements: Tremendous leadership, drive and enthusiasm, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to multitask and complete several projects at one time, Ability to work nights and weekends. 3 years related management and business experience. Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
