Open Road Acoustic is a Leather-and-Lace duo consisting of John and Becki. John learned to sing from the front seat of a Ford Maverick barreling down the beach parkway in Long Island, NY. With a gritty vocal style his influences come from Ronnie James Dio, David Coverdale, Conway Twitty and Meatloaf. Becki hails from the musical country of Germany. Her sweet voice and harmonies are a sharp, yet complimentary, contrast to her gritty counterpoint. “A great song is a great song regardless of the genre,” is their moto. Bringing their own spin on hits from across the decades, every song will include their style.
