Eagle NamasDay highlights the therapeutic benefits of yoga, particularly for veterans, while also providing a healthy and effective mechanism to engage veterans in the community.
We are inviting all Eagles, their families and friends as well as members of the public to come on out for this great opportunity.
The yoga session is FREE, but Team RWB is collecting an optional donation as a small token of appreciation for our volunteer instructor.
Please bring your yoga mats, if you do not have one, there will be some extras you are able to borrow.
