DESTINY USA HOSTS DEBBIE’S WALK FOR BRAIN CANCER RESEARCH IN PARTNERSHIP WITH UPSTATE CANCER CENTER
Syracuse, NY (April 30, 2026) Destiny USA is proud to partner with Upstate Cancer Center to host Debbie’s Walk for Brain Cancer Research on Saturday, May 2nd at 9:00 AM, kicking off in the Canyon on Level 1. This family-friendly event brings the community together to support critical brain cancer research while honoring the legacy of Debbie Gregg.
This walk supports Debbie’s Brain Cancer Research Fund at the Upstate Foundation. Diagnosed with brain cancer in 2008, Debbie Gregg faced her journey with determination and purpose. In the years following her diagnosis, she became a passionate advocate, committed to not only fighting her disease but to raising awareness and vital funding for research. Her mission was clear: to help advance treatment options for patients and work toward a cure, because gray matters.

The event will feature a morning walk along with a variety of activities for all ages, including live music from The Spinal Chords, face painting, and more. Participants are encouraged to come out, show their support, and celebrate Debbie’s lasting impact.
A recommended donation of $25 per adult includes an event t-shirt at registration. Children under 10 may participate for free. Register for the event here.
