ALAYAH’S RIDE-A-THON RETURNS TO DESTINY USA THIS WEEKEND
— Join Us at Alayah’s Ride-A-Thon at the Carousel at Destiny USA to Kick Off Wish Heroes Month with Make-A-Wish CNY —
Syracuse, NY (March 29, 2023) – Make-A-Wish Central New York, local wish families, and supporters are invited to gather at Destiny USA this Friday through Sunday, March 31-April 2nd for Alayah’s Ride-A-Thon to benefit Make-A-Wish CNY. For the third year in a row, Alayah’s Ride-A-Thon will kick off a month-long fundraising campaign called ‘Wish Heroes’ to raise funds for wishes for local children. The fundraiser will run all day, Friday through Sunday, and be held at the Carousel on level 2 near the food court.
Alayah Green experienced her wish to be a princess at Walt Disney World in 2017. Riding carousels is one of Alayah’s favorite activities. She has turned this passion into a Ride-A-Thon at Destiny USA’s Antique Carousel to raise money as a Wish Hero. Alayah, who will ride the carousel non-stop all weekend, will be joined by special guests including Scooch from the Met’s on Friday at noon and Otto the Orange on Saturday at 1:00.
