Destiny USA will transform the Upstate New York’s economy. When complete, Destiny USA will create 250,000 new jobs. It will generate billions of dollars in new net taxes over 30 years. And it will all be accomplished at zero cost to taxpayers.

Destiny USA is more than your typical shop-play-stay development project. It will serve as an entirely new model — one that will nurture an ever-evolving business ecosystem. The key lies in a strong partnership between public interests and private sector entrepreneurship.

The current construction is already creating local jobs and investment in this community. The owners of Destiny USA team have invested more than $400 Million of their own money and nearly a decade in research and development in pursuit of an evolutionary undertaking. More than 6,000 persons have travelled to Destiny’s Conference Center at Savannah Dhu to collaborate with the Destiny team. This has resulted in an ambitious Destiny USA Master Plan.

An emphasis on innovation and collaboration not only drives the way business is done, but the way in which we achieve environmental excellence. Destiny USA has a central goal to break our dependence on fossil fuels. We are already seeing an economic benefit with green companies locating to the area. Reaching beyond the steps we are taking today, Destiny USA will serve as a large-scale model for responsible, sustainable operation.
